Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, Feb. 27.
 
Albert Dumont, 46, of Great Barrington had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on four counts of rape of a child with force, and single counts of dissemination harmful matter to a minor, and intimidation of a witness.
 
He was released on personal recognizance. Dumont is accused of sexually assaulting a girl who is now age 11 in Lee between September 12, 2012 and April 1, 2016. 
 
Brandon Green, 24, of Pittsfield had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of armed career felon, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and failure to stop for a police officer.
 
He was released on $15,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on January 10, 2017.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Tuesday, Feb. 28.
 
Marcus James, 34, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
 
He was ordered to serve concurrent two and a half to four years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction. The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant on Burbank Street in Pittsfield on April 14, 2016.
 
Chelsey Jan Roy, 28, of Pittsfield had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on single counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, assault and battery upon a child with injury, and assault and battery upon a child.
 
She was released on personal recognizance. The alleged incidents occurred in North Adams between September 1, 2014 and October 5, 2015 and involved a child who was 11 months old.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Wednesday, March 1.
 
John Squires III, 22, of Dalton pleaded guilty to single counts of unarmed robbery, and larceny from a building.
 
He was given a two-year suspended sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the larceny charge and placed on two-year probation on the other charge.
 
Squires robbed the Shell Gas Station in Dalton on July 19, 2015. Single counts of stealing by confining and intimidation of a witness were dismissed by the state.
 
Stephen Stanley, 32, of North Adams pleaded guilty to three counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, two counts of larceny over $250, and a single count of larceny under $250. 
 
He was ordered to serve concurrent two to two and a half years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on all charges except for the larceny under $250. He was given a concurrent one-year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on that charge.
 
The charges stem from housebreaks in North Adams between August 21, 2016 and August 23, 2016.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Thursday, March 2.
 
Jay Deeley, 50, of North Adams pleaded guilty to a single count of larceny from a person.
 
He was ordered to serve 18 months of a two and a half year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction. He was placed on one-year probation. 
 
Deeley took money from a clerk at Xtra Mart in North Adams on January 1, 2016.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Friday, March 3.
 
Mark Linder Jr., 23, of North Adams had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and possession of cocaine. 
 
He was released on $1,000 bail. The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on October 4, 2016. 
 
Gavin Mahar, 24, of North Adams pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate drug laws in connection with a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on May 6, 2016. He pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to violate drugs laws in connection with a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on June 27, 2016. 
 
Mahar was ordered to serve concurrent one-day sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the May 6 charges. He was given concurrent two to two and a half years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the June 27 charges.
