Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Monday, September 10.
 
Stephanie Carsno, 34, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to a single count of conspiracy to violate drug laws to wit: possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
 
She was ordered to serve 63 days, time served, at the Hampden County House of Correction. 
 
A single count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute was dismissed by the state. The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at her home on March 4, 2016.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Tuesday, September 11.
 
Russell Allison, 45, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute - his second offense - possession of heroin - his second offense - and possession of cocaine - his second offense - related to a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on December 23, 2015.
 
He pleaded guilty to single counts of illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of a loaded firearm, and armed career felon in relation to an incident in Pittsfield on October 4, 2016.
 
He was ordered to serve four to five years at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the armed career felon charge. He was given concurrent two to three years on the possession of cocaine with intent to distribute charge. He was ordered to serve concurrent sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the other charges.
 
A single count of assault by means of a dangerous weapon was dismissed by the state.
 
Cases heard before Judge John Agostini on Thursday, September 13.
 
Naquan Miller, 39, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to single counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in connection to the execution of a search warrant at his home on July 15, 2016. 
 
He pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in connection with a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on April 16, 2017. 
 
He was released until sentencing on Tuesday.
 
Gary Montana, 32, of Hudson, N.Y. had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on single counts of aggravated rape of a child with force, aggravated indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, and posing a child in a sexual act.
 
He was ordered to be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail. The incidents allegedly occurred in Pittsfield on January 1, 2018 and involved an 18-month-old boy.
