Harvest Festivals and Craft Fairs 2018

Fall has arrived, bringing with it many craft fairs and harvest festivals around the Berkshires. This list will be updated as we get more information. Have an event to add? Email us at info@iberkshires.com.

 

Saturday, Oct. 13

Pittsfield: The Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center, home of Girls Inc. of the Berkshires, will hold its 49th Bizarre Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Brigham Center, 165 East St. The bazaar hosts an array of vendors featuring unique finds in jewelry, wearables, home decor and specialty food items.  There will be several raffles including a 50/50 drawing and crafter raffle and volunteers will be in the kitchen selling hot dogs, meatball grinders, pasta with meatballs, soup and other goodies.

Pittsfield: The Office of Cultural Development hosts the third annual Harvest Festival, a collaboration with the Downtown Pittsfield Farmers Market, at The Common on First Street in conjunction with the final outdoor market of the season from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The festival will feature the Greylock Federal Credit Union Halloween Costume Festival (yes, wear your Halloween costumes to this event!) with giveaways for each participant from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., pumpkin painting and a “future farmer” selfie photo booth. The Roaming Railroad, popular at 3rd Thursday, will be giving free rides to all attendees. In addition to the weekly line-up of farmers, food producers and artisans, the market will host a chef demo with Anna Gershenson, part of the monthly chef demo series sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

 

Saturday, Oct. 20

Cheshire: The Adams Cheshire School District PTG is hosting the Hoosac Harvest Vendor and Craft Fair at Hoosac Valley Middle and High School from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event  features 70-plus vendors, more than 70 raffle items, a stuffing station (where you can stuff your own animal) and a DIY with Bella Sky. All money raised from this event will go to Hoosac Valley Elementary PTG.

Dalton: A Craft Fair and Bake Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Dalton Senior Center at 40 Field St. Ext. The event will feature homemade crafts, baked goods and raffle items, and lunch will be available to benefit the Friends of the Dalton Council on Aging and the Senior Center.
 

 

Saturday, Oct. 27

Pittsfield: A Harvest Bazaar will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mount Greylock Extended Care Facility at 1000 North St. The event will feature more than 15 vendors selling hand-crafted gifts and jewelry, raffles, food and more.

 

Friday, Nov. 16

Pittsfield: Springside Rehabilitation & Skilled Care will host its Fall Bazaar at 255 Lebanon Ave. from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will feature jewelry and craft vendors, Chinese basket and goods raffle, carnival wheel, 50/50 and more.

 

Saturday, Nov. 17

Adams: St. Stan's School will hold its annual Christmas Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Kolbe Hall on Hoosac Street. The event will feature Polish foods, a snack bar, raffles and auctions, a craft table and more.

 

Sunday, Dec. 2

Williamstown: The Handwork Holiday Craft Festival will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Williamstown Elementary School. The event will feature more than 50 local vendors selling pottery, jewelry, photography and more. Admission is free.
