NPC Welcomes Three New Board Members

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — The Nonprofit Center of the Berkshires (NPC) announced that Kim Baker, Brian Berkel and Julia Dixon have joined the Board of Directors.    Now in its 8th year, NPC offer over two dozen programs and services for nonprofits, including 180 member organizations.    "We are actively growing our board to address continued growth and strategic planning," said Liana Toscanini, Executive Director of the Nonprofit Center of the Berkshires. GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — Yi-Lo Yu, MD, has joined the medical staff at CHP Barrington OB/GYN.   She practiced most recently as an OB/GYN hospitalist at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield and Heywood Hospital in Gardner, MA. She has also practiced as a generalist, specializing in minimally invasive surgery, at Holyoke Medical Group Women's Services and RiverBend Medical Group in the Greater Springfield area. WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — To honor Indigenous Peoples' Day, the Stockbridge-Munsee Community's Tribal Historic Preservation Office presents a workshop led by Kim Hoffman, a descendant of the Stockbridge-Munsee Community, entitled, "Healing Within the Community."    The event is offered on Monday, Oct. 9 (Indigenous Peoples' Day) at 11 am, outdoors at the Mission House Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.    The Clark Art Institute co-sponsors the event with the Trustees of the Reservation and Housatonic Heritage.
