The National Weather Service has set a Winter Weather Advisory from 11 p.m. Wednesday, March 23 until Thursday, March 24 at noon.
Total snow and sleet accumulation are estimated to be in the 1-inch range. Ice accumulation should be around one-quarter of an inch.
Plan on slippery road conditions and prepare for possible power outages and tree damage caused by hazardous wind conditions that will blow through Thursday morning.
Expect sunny weather Wednesday before the weather event. Accuweather predicts a high of 50.
Temperatures will cool down Thursday during the advisory. Expect the temperature to top out around 45.
Friday, March 25 will warm up to about 55, with sunny skies.
Accuweather predicts that things will cool down this weekend. Saturday, March 26 will be cloudy with temperatures in the high 40s. Sunday, March 27 will only top out at 38 with a bit of snow and rain expected.
