Senior Center, Dalton 
Time: 1 to 5 p.m
 
The Dalton Cultural Council will be hosting its first "Dalton Day" event on Saturday, July 15 to celebrate the town's culture and community.
 
During the event there will be around five or six town committees with tables to demonstrate the volunteer opportunities available. 
 
In addition, the Senior Center's lawn will be filled with local vendors, art exhibits, kids' activities, games, and musical performances. More information here.

Visit the museum to participate in an afternoon of indoor and outdoor activities  inspired by  illustrator, designer,  puppeteer, and author Tony Sarg.

Lenox, Stockbridge Libraries Host Bestselling Author
Lenox Town Hall auditorium

The Lenox Library and Stockbridge Library will collaborate to host #1 New York Times bestselling author Chris Grabenstein. 
 
Grabenstein will give a talk about how he became a writer and where he gets his ideas. He will share a sneak peak of his new "Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library" graphic novel coming out in November 2023. 
 
In addition, Chris will be joined by his wife J.J. Grabenstein, with whom he co-authored the acclaimed book "Shine!" There will be time for a Q&A.

Ghost Tours 
Ventfort Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum, Lenox 
 
Author of "Ghosts of the Berkshires" Robert Oakes is leading a tour through the historic estate while sharing stories of the hauntings.

Healthy and Whole on a Schedule That Won't Quit 
North Adams Public Library

As part of the Bang on a Can Summer Music Festival at MASS MoCA, health coach and professional musician Maya Stone will explore how to begin to cultivate a life that prioritizes optimal well-being through methods of internal insight, nutrition, and movement.  
 
The event is open to all ages and will take place on the third floor in the meeting room. No registration is necessary.

The market is a gathering of regional artisans that provides an opportunity for the community to connect and shop with local creatives.

"Where Our Minds Wander" Exhibit 
 38 Main St., West Stockbridge
 
Guild of Berkshire Artists will be opening its new exhibit "Where Our Minds Wander" this Thursday. 
 
The gallery located at 38 Main St. is open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. and features work by figurative artist Mollie Kellogg and abstract artist Shany Porras. 
 
The exhibition encouraged the artists and gallery visitors to let their minds wander and go beyond pressures and societal restrictions. 
 
The gallery will be open until July 24. There will be a reception on Saturday, July 15 from 2 until 4. More information here
 
Nutshell Playhouse North County Shows
 
The season continues on Thursday, July 13 at 1:30 p.m. and Friday, July 14 at 10 a.m. with "SpyJinks!, a fantasy-filled show featuring comedy, puppets, mime, dance and live music.
