WEST STOCKBRIDGE, Mass. — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is announcing lane closures on I-90 eastbound and westbound for traffic marking, rumble strips, bridge repair, and guardrail work.
The work will take place from Monday, Oct. 28, through Friday, Nov. 1, during nighttime hours.
The schedule and locations are as follows:
Otis/Blandford

Traffic marking operations and rumble strip work will be conducted on I-90 westbound from mile marker 21.0 to 27.0, Monday night, Oct. 28, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with work concluding by 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, Oct. 29.

Guardrail and bridge repair work will be conducted on I-90 eastbound from mile marker 0.8 to 3.0, Monday night, Oct. 28, through Thursday night, Oct. 31, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. each night, with work concluding by 5:30 a.m. on Friday morning, Nov. 1.

Guardrail work will be conducted on I-90 eastbound from mile marker 3.8 to 7.0, Monday night, Oct. 28, through Thursday night, Oct. 31, from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. each night, with work concluding by 5:30 a.m. on Friday morning, Nov. 1.
Appropriate signage, traffic control devices, and messaging will be available to assist drivers through the detour route.
Drivers traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution.
