GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — The Triplex Cinema will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special screening of the classic 1953 romantic comedy “Roman Holiday” on Friday, Feb. 14, at 5:00 PM.

According to a press release
Directed by William Wyler, Roman Holiday stars Audrey Hepburn as a princess exploring Rome on her own, where she crosses paths with an American reporter, played by Gregory Peck. The film was widely acclaimed upon its release, winning three Academy Awards, including Best Actress for Hepburn. Recognized for its cultural significance, it has been preserved in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress.
The Triplex Cinema, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to showcasing independent, foreign, and classic films while also supporting local filmmakers and community programming.
