Simon's Rock to Host Discovery Day12:01PM / Wednesday, April 19, 2023 | | GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass.— Simon's Rock will host Discovery Day on April 22, 2023. Discovery Day is designed to give prospective students and families a chance to tour the campus, meet faculty and students, and get to know the Simon's Rock community. Discovery Day also includes a more in-depth exploration of Simon's Rock's academic and residential programs, professor mentorship, and the admission and financial aid process. Great Barrington Earth Day Collection Bag Pickup11:47AM / Wednesday, April 19, 2023 | | GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — residents can pick up their Earth Day trash collection bags starting Monday, April 17, at locations around town. The town-wide Earth Day clean-up is Saturday, April 22, and town residents are encouraged to pitch in with a town-wide clean-up. Collection bags can be filled with roadside trash and left for pickup by the town. Residents are asked to sign up here so the town knows where to pick up bags. These boosters are free. CHP Mobile Health clinics are held at multiple locations each week around Berkshire County, and the schedule can be found at chpberkshires.org/mobile. These booster shots are free. The Pfizer-BioNTech bivalent pediatric booster shots are available to children who received three Pfizer-BioNTech primary Covid-19 vaccines of the monovalent type.
